I’m having fun experimenting with creating my own typography and not relying on computer fonts. Designs feel much more original and unique when incorporating hand drawn lettering don’t ya think? Perhaps if I had this cute journal I would have an excuse to doodle letters everyday!

Inspired by Grandpa Tom – one of his coined phrases.

My Grandpa Tom would’ve turned 100 last Thursday. So naturally I was thinking about him and how he would always tell us “I’m so proud of you the buttons are popping off my shirt!” We always thought that was so cute – and now it’s something I say to my kids. Although for a lady, probably not appropriate.
