Ta-Da!
The kitchen is finally done! I’ve been waiting for a somewhat sunny morning to take pictures (since the kitchen gets morning sun) but I finally realized I might be waiting until July for that. So here’s the best I could do. Let me take you on a tour of the new kitchen!
This is entering from the dining room. My little baking center is in the left corner. I love how I could (theoretically) watch the kids frolick outside while I do some baking. Now doesn’t that sound wholesome?
LOVE the new farmhouse sink. And spray nozel, And built-in dishwasher. Before I had a portable dishwasher that had to be hooked up to the sink. Which meant no using the sink for 2 hours while it ran… such luxuries! (Oh, and it looks like I need to stock up on some wine! We’re not huge wine drinkers – but Ikea only sells one 9″ cabinet. And that’s it…)
Isn’t that little shelf with cake stands the cutest?
Yummy marmoleum floor. The kids love rolling around on it. Hmmm.?
Aqua glass tile backsplash. It took a lot of work to make it look random!
