If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my career, it’s to expect the unexpected. Any time you’re coordinating a photography shoot, no matter how complex or simple, you have to be prepared to help your clients through whatever issues they may be experiencing. This may mean providing water bottles and bathrooms or allowing them time to calm their baby down/change a diaper. 

I believe that great customer service produces a beautiful session, and that means being attentive to your needs as they come up. In my time as a Seattle family photographer, I’ve learned that being communicative and patient with everyone’s unique situation always produces the best results — and most importantly — the happiest clients.
